Returns
At Bél Chersie, we take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our skincare products. Due to the nature of our formulations and for the safety of our clients, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us! Please see our full policy below:
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
Order Issues or Errors
If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds
